Uncle Bill's Take: Yves Canarelli is a highly scientific winemaker but one who is willing to take chances. He farms biodynamically and experiments with amphora in the quest for ever purer expressions of his home. This is Niellucciu intensified and polished with boosted fruit and a more expansive mouthfeel. It's not a self-consciously "natural" wine and should appeal to just about anyone looking for something singular and special.
